NEXGEN Oilfield Chemicals is a privately held oilfield service company comprised of a staff of high experienced chemical application experts. The company’s headquarters is located in Houston, Texas area and services the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.

NEXGEN offers consulting services and customized chemical solutions for our business partners including oil and gas operators as well as oilfield service companies. Our mission is to deliver truly differentiating chemical technology to increase efficiency and reduce the total cost of operations for the end user. NEXGEN exclusive technologies include a game-changing, non-triazine H2S scavenger chemistry, SCAVGEN™, that is a true replacement for MEA triazine on a global level. This patent pending technology is field proven and offers superior performance versus any competing technology on the market today.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

CHRIS WILLIAMSON

CEO & Co-Founder

Mr. Williamson sets the company’s strategic direction and oversees the investments and profitability management of the company as well as overseeing the company’s operations. Prior to NEXGEN, Mr. Williamson spent over 26 years in various roles responsible for technology, operations, supply chain and sales with several major chemical companies. Mr. Williamson earned a BBA at the University of Southern Mississippi.

JAMES BEGEAL

Chief Operations & Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Mr. Begeal is responsible for setting the company’s direction as it relates to development and commercialization of new technologies as well as overseeing the company’s operations. Mr. Begeal has spent over 18 years in various roles responsible for technology, operations, supply chain and sales with several major chemical companies. Mr. Begeal earned a BA degree at Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

DALLAS WATSON

Executive Vice President

Mr. Watson is responsible for the company’s sales and business development activities as well as providing support for ongoing commercialization and product development. He has over 20 years in the oil and gas industry including experience with drilling, completions, upstream, midstream, water recycling, and design/fabrication of H2S contact towers. He has owned his own businesses as well as worked for two major oilfield chemical companies. His most recent position was production and completions chemical advisor for a large oil and gas company in Oklahoma. Mr. Watson earned a BS Degree from North Western Oklahoma State University.

ALI YOUSEF

Vice President of Technology & Engineering

Mr. Yousef is responsible for the research and development of the company’s product lines including new technologies. Mr. Yousef has spent over 9 years in various roles supporting technical product development and applications with two major chemical companies. Mr. Yousef earned a BS degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He also holds a MSc Degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

JUSTIN TUCKER

Vice President of Sales and International Development

Mr. Tucker is responsible for the company’s sales and international business development activities as well as providing support for ongoing commercialization and product development. He has more than 14 years of wide-ranging experience in the oil and gas industry in various roles, including supply chain, marketing, technical sales, business development and sales management. Mr. Tucker earned a BS degree in Biochemical and Biophysical Sciences from The University of Houston.

ADAM HARWELL

Vice President of Finance

Mr. Harwell oversees the company’s financial and accounting functions as well as development/optimization of financial and business processes as NexGen continues to grow its business. He has more than 20 years of experience managing accounting and finance functions in the energy and construction industries. Prior to joining NexGen, Mr. Harwell served as Vice President of Finance with two global energy and construction companies. Mr. Harwell is a CPA and holds an MS degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
